Our beautiful Crystal Lake has been created for the ultimate swim and well being experience with easy access/exit points, incredibly clear and excellent quality water and a stunning natural backdrop. We have a shallow beginners area for novice swimmers to enjoy and a deeper area for the more experienced.
All abilities welcome - please check our t&c's prior to booking.

What is included?
The course is run by record breaking open water swimmer Adam Walker, who will talk to you about how to prepare yourself to swim in open water and how to stay safe during your swim.
Adam Walker will talk you through how to enter and exit open water safely.
Getting used to the temperature of open water and acclimatising your body.
How to assess open water swim spots and safe practice when swimming.
Useful equipment that you should have when open water swimming.
Following the theory session, you will be given a demonstration on how to put on and take off a wetsuit plus other useful pieces of open water swimming equipment.
Then our team will take you into the Ocean Walker Crystal Lake for a swim.

*mostly our courses run as above on a Sunday, but we may add additional courses (on different days at different times) - you will be able to see available options by clicking the booking button below. Always go with the timings as detailed on your booking confirmation.
Once booked, you will receive an email along with your order confirmation confirming your booking and useful info for the session.
