We can create bespoke packages for you and your team for you next away day or corporate event.
Our Wellbeing Barn is the perfect spot for your conference/meeting with 12m sliding doors overlooking Crystal Lake.
TV screen or 200inch cinema screen options for your presentations.
Refreshments and lunch are also provided.

Our recent Corporate Away Day, including water based team-building activities and yoga, with the Ocean Walker Academy was nothing short of exceptional. The activities were carefully designed to promote collaboration, strengthen communication, and foster creativity among our team members. From Adam’s own engaging and inspirational story to the lake activities and challenges, each facet of the day encouraged us to step out of our usual roles and see our colleagues in a new light. The rest of Adam’s team were extremely capable and clearly well experienced ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and included. We left the event feeling invigorated, with a renewed sense of camaraderie and shared purpose, which has already translated into improved communication and better team relationships. In fact, one of our team now wants to swim the Channel himself!

PADDLESPORTS
Stand Up Paddleboarding is perfect for team spirit. Our experienced instructor will take you through the safety basics on land then get you and your team on your boards and into the water.


Who will manage to stand up? And who will be the first to fall in!? It's all great fun and a very popular option with our clients.
Kayaking is another great way to get out onto the water and take in nature. Paddle around the lake and take in the sights from a more serene and stable seated position.

He is the FIRST BRITISH PERSON to complete each swim AND without a failed attempt.
Adam Walker (author, brand ambassador and record breaking ocean swimmer) - built the Ocean Walker Academy to help others in their challenges, goals and wellbeing.
We are in an incredible position to be able to offer ADAM WALKER to talk to your group and team about his incredible OCEANS 7 SWIMS.
A fun, energetic and awe-inspiring motivational talk, that spans all elements of life. Adam has told his story around the Globe to businesses, schools and groups. A fantastic way to get your team buzzing!
YOGA
Our Yoga sessions are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build flexibility and strength in the body, clear and focus the mind and calm the entire being.
Yoga classes are held in our Wellbeing Barn, mats and any equipment for the class are included in the session.
When the sun shines we take our classes lakeside in the grass, with many beautiful spots to choose from. One of our favourites is under the old Oak Tree.


Practicing Yoga helps to regulate breathing and calm the mind, while stretching and toning the body. This improves focus and clarity and is great for wellbeing.
Our Yoga sessions are suitable for all abilities.

We built or lake specifically with swimmers and safety in mind. With gradual astroturfed entry and exit points, shallow areas where you can stand up and a beautiful natural route around our islands, taking in the incredible views of the ancient woodland and open skies.
Swimming all year round, our introductions to open water and cold water swimming will take you through the basics and safety of swimming outdoors, followed by a supervised open water swim or dip!
We highly recommend having a go in your swimsuit - but we do have wetsuits too!
OPEN WATER SWIMMING
One of the most natural ways to challenge your body is a swim in open water. Along with it comes many benefits for physical and mental wellbeing. An incredible sense of achievement and a great way for teams to bond and work together to encourage and support each other.

SUP YOGA
Mixing Yoga and Paddleboarding this is an amazing experience and it is suitable for anyone even if you have not done Yoga or paddleboarding before!

We run a special meditation that includes use of crystals found here at Crystal Lake during the excavation.
Calcite, Aragonite and Septarian crystals are laid out around our relaxing wellness barn to offer support and healing during the meditation session. You can also choose a crystal from our collection to hold, place on your body or keep nearby.
Sessions will be indoors in our Wellbeing Barn, or outdoors when the weather permits.
Crystals will be cleansed and charged in Crystal Lake water or by moonlight before your session.
MINDFULNESS WALK
A gentle stroll around our beautiful 17 acres, taking in the sights and sounds of nature. We can also incorporate Yoga stretches into this session.
Being mindful helps boost concentration and calms the mind.
Helping you reconnect with nature and providing you tools to focus.
