This week we have some new EXCITING events... our Long Distance Swim 🏊on Saturday, a lunchtime SUP/ Kayak session this Thurs, and Guided Meditation with Crystal Healing in the evening 💜 and our first Open Water Taster of the season on Sunday 🏊‍♂️:

No experience required, this would be a fantastic introduction to meditation for those new to it.

This group session includes:
🌼 An introduction to the crystals found in our own lake and the chance to choose some of these beautiful crystals to place on or around you to support your meditation
🌼 Calming breathwork to settle the body and mind in preparation for your meditation
🌼 Relaxing and uplifting spring inspired guided meditation
🌼 The sacral crystal singing bowl will be played to create a sense of balance and clarity
🌼 We close the group with the sharing of mint tea allowing time for reflection and grounding before your journey home

Mats, blocks and blankets are provided and you are welcome to bring along anything else you feel will support your comfort
