A motivating Team Talk with Adam prepared us for our swim and it did not disappoint.
Off we went like a load of ducklings round the beautiful lake , no pressure to swim fast or elegantly, just to enjoy the experience which was well organised and informative.
I smiled all the way round and can’t wait to do it again .
