Joined Adam & Jim for a taster session on 12th Sept.
These guys are so welcoming... fantastic setting, very inspirational theory lesson from Adam, great safety tips and lots more to the sport than meets the eye but this course opens it all up for you.....Jim took the hr water session, leading the chants to enter the water....such fun was had by us all and such a gorgeous location,....informative, educational, inspiring but most importantly....FUN...it's a must for anyone remotely interested in OWS. Thanks guys.🙂
