Tranquility Day Retreat

A full day of rest, restoration, and connection at Crystal Lake View Therapies. The Tranquility Retreat is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and leave feeling genuinely renewed — from a morning yoga flow through to a deeply restorative sound bath, with plenty of time to simply be in between.
Your Day
| 10:00 | Welcome Drinks Settle into the beautiful surroundings with a welcome drink on arrival. Meet your hosts and fellow retreat-ers. |
| 10:30 – 11:30 | Morning Yoga Flow Gently stretch and warm the body with a softly uplifting morning yoga practice. Begins with a short meditation to set your intentions, followed by tension-releasing asana and slowly warming sun salutations. Uplifting essential oils are applied to the temples during savasana. |
| 11:30 – 12:30 | Open Water Swim / Sauna Dip your toes, float, or swim in the blue crystal-charged water of The Crystal Lake. If swimming isn't for you, our Barrel Sauna will be toasty and ready. The lake bed is covered with calcite and septarian crystals, infusing the water with calming and uplifting energies that aid relaxation and support transformation. |
| 12:30 – 14:30 | Lunch and Free Time A delicious buffet-style lunch with pastas, salads, and sweet treats. Afterwards, take a stroll around the lake and grounds, find a quiet spot to read, or simply be. |
| 14:30 – 15:30 | Sound Bath A deeply restorative sound experience featuring harmonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. Let the soothing vibrations wash over you, bringing balance, calm, and a sense of peaceful renewal. |
| 15:30 – 16:00 | Drinks and Close Enjoy a refreshing mint tea to gently awaken and uplift your body and mind before drifting home. |
Good to know
- Bring a swimsuit and towel if you'd like to swim or use the sauna
- Comfortable, stretchy clothing is recommended for the yoga session
- Suitable for all levels — no yoga or swimming experience needed
