A day just for you. This is your space to relax, release and find tranquillity. Spend the day in the beautiful surroundings of the crystal lake, connecting back in with yourself and nature around you. A nourishing lunch is included and this retreat is open to all abilities, everyone is welcome.
Our Tranquility Retreat includes Yoga, Open Water Swimming, Mindfulness Walk and a Guided Meditation with Crystal Healing.
