Halloween Sauna & Lake Dip – A Spooky Night of Contrast Therapy
This Halloween, embrace the thrill of the chill with a unique evening of sauna and lake dip contrast therapy at Ocean Walker Academy and Crystal Lake. From 6:30 – 7:30pm, you’ll immerse yourself in the invigorating cycle of heat and cold as our sauna glows against the night sky and the lake invites the brave for a refreshing plunge.
To set the scene, the academy and lakeside will be lit with Halloween-inspired theatrics and decorations, adding a magical – and slightly spooky – atmosphere to your wellness experience.
After your session, warm up in our Wellbeing Barn, where refreshments will be available until 8:30pm.
