This 90-minute session combines the ancient practice of sound healing with a guided chakra meditation, held in the tranquil surroundings of Crystal Lake View Therapies in the Lincolnshire countryside. It is one of our most popular offerings — and one of the most quietly transformative.
What happens in the session
You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the resonant frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls wash over you — each bowl tuned to correspond with one of the body's seven chakra energy centres. As the sound does its work, Calcite Crystals are incorporated into the experience, their natural energy amplifying the process of release, clarity, and rebalancing.
A guided meditation runs throughout, offering a structured journey inward — helping to quiet mental noise, release stored tension, and restore a genuine sense of energetic harmony.
You do not need any prior experience of meditation or sound healing to benefit. The session meets you exactly where you are.
