I attended the warrior lake race and OMG it was so much fun.
This was my first ever open water swimming event and it was so welcoming and not over competitive so didn’t overwhelm me or make me nervous I was just doing my swim.
A friendly atmosphere and very well organised.
I can’t wait to attend another event and have some more friends that have said they will join us.
The lake is beautiful and although we travelled a 2 hour journey I’ll definitely be attending again. Thank you
