The whole day was perfect from start to finish. Thoroughly relaxing in such a serene location. Sam was brilliant the whole way through explaining how the day would look and making it clear at each activity that there was no pressure or expectations to do anything and it was our day and time to spend as we wished.
I left feeling calm and peaceful with my thoughts and feelings back in order
Delicious food on top and all of that too and a lively group of ladies to share the experience with.
