27th April I swam for 2.5 hours in water temp of 8.9 degrees. Its the longest time I have swum for in the coldest water. It was about 16 degrees I think this time last year in the lake. I definately wouldnt have lasted as long as I did if it had not been for the great support with drinks and encouragement from Adam and the team, and will definately be back soon cheers.
