Ability level
Must be able to swim 100m in a pool. Open water experience is not required. Suitable for all levels from complete beginners to advanced swimmers.
What to bring
Swimsuit or trunks · Towel · Goggles · Wetsuit or rash vest (highly recommended) · Flip flops · Suncream · Changing robe · Kit bag. A free Ocean Walker swim cap will be provided on the day. Please also advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
