All abilities welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or advanced.
If you have not had a session with Adam before, you will require a STARTER SESSION.
If you have had a lesson or attended a swim camp before you can select and option based on the duration of session you require.

So how does a trip to the pool look these days?
Getting back to the pool has been made super simple, by following guidelines and social distancing rules, you can enjoy a trip to the swimming pool again safely.
When you arrive, you wait until you are called into the venue (social distance que outside at the entrance) all signposted and easy.
Only start queuing 5-10mins prior to your session start time (don't que 1 hour early!)
Hand sanitiser is provided, so clean those hands when you enter and exit and as many times in between as you need.
Arrive 'swim ready' with your swimmers on under your clothes. Only use facilities if you absolutely must.
Facilities available are: changing cubicles, toilets, showers and lockers (all poolside).
You will have an end lane to yourself for your lesson (or yourselves if you have booked a 2-1).
Social distancing is in place at all times.
With regards to spectators and our lessons, spectators are not allowed.
