I attended the first Mindful Walk with Yoga Stretching and it was fantastic!
In such a stunning venue, it is impossible to not be mindful as you walk around the crystal lake and the peace and serenity helps all your troubles to melt away.
Sam guided us through some lovely mindfulness techniques and then some simple but effective yoga movements as we walked slowly around the beautiful and peaceful grounds before finishing off with a hot drink and a chat in the barn.
I will definitely be coming again!
