Yoga...on a paddleboard at the stunning Crystal Lake

SUP Yoga - classes held on Friday evenings from June-Sept, with 1.5hr SUPER SESSIONS held throughout the Summer at the weekend.
Come and enjoy practicing your favourite Yoga moves while floating on the stunning Crystal Lake.
Our classes will be privately run, so you get total peace and quiet to meditate and enjoy your session with the group.

Our Sessions

Focusing on body awareness and being present in the moment our classes are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build strength, flexibility and balance alongside pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to relax the mind. No previous experience of paddleboarding or yoga is needed, this is a truly adaptable practice available to all.
Friday sessions are 1 hour.
SUPER sessions (weekends) are 1hr 30minutes.

Having a love of yoga dating back to the early 2000's, when I began paddleboarding in 2016 it wasn't long before I was blending the two and enjoying SUP Yoga.
As an experienced holistic and massage therapist I have a passion for well being as a whole. Connecting mind and body with nature while building strength, flexibility and balance SUP Yoga is a great way to enhance well-being.
The peace and joy I feel on the water led me to becoming a Yoga Alliance Accredited 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and qualified SUP Yoga Instructor so that I can share this wonderful practice with others. I look forward to seeing you out on the Lake!

Our SUP Yoga sessions take place on our beautiful purpose built Crystal Lake, set against an ancient woodland in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside.

  • Changing cubicles and toilets
  • Paddle board and anchor provided (welcome to bring your own)

Our lakebed is covered in Calcite and Aragonite crystals, when we dug the lake out in 2020 we saved many of the crystal fragments and formations, which you will find displayed in our reception area and pieces available for purchase. Much of the crystal remains in the clay bed which was a stunning sight in the sun as the whole lake bed would shimmer. Now full with water you can't see them but we feel they make the lake that extra bit special.


What to wear

You can wear regular work out or yoga clothing to SUP yoga, something you are comfortable in and don't mind getting wet. Moisture wicking fabrics work well as do rash vests, board shorts or swimwear.
You may like to bring a warm layer to use during savasana.
Most people like to go barefoot for the classes but water shoes/socks with grip on the bottom are another option.
Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel as you are floating on water, there is always a chance of getting wet.
