The Experience
We will begin with a 1hr 30mins flowing blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga outdoors overlooking the stunning Crystal Lake and Ancient Woodland. Focusing on breathing, warming the body and calming the mind.
Following this we will go for a soothing open water swim in the beautiful lake, refreshing the body and the soul.
OWA Crystal Lake has been designed with easy access slopes in and out of the water.
There is a 1.2m shallow area which has astroturf underfoot for those who are not confident to swim part of the main route. You are very welcome to swim in this area or just float and relax.
There are 2 routes to the main lake. The full route and the shorter route.
Our lifeguard on duty will give you all a briefing as a group before you enter the water lakeside.
The swim session is 1 hour - you do not have to stay in the water for the full session, just do what feels right for you.

With extensive experience as a qualified holistic and massage therapist alongside being a 200hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher I offer a range of sessions that support wellbeing including yoga, meditation, crystal healing, paddleboarding and SUP yoga.

- Classes are mixed ability and suitable for complete beginners to Yoga
- You need to be able to swim and be confident in the pool
- Classes are suitable for 14 years and over
- Under 18's to be accompanied with a participating adult

Yoga will take place outdoors with incredible views over Crystal Lake (where you will be swimming) and the beautiful surroundings.

WHAT TO BRING
YOGA
You can wear regular work out or yoga clothing, something you are comfortable in and layers are good so you can add or remove depending on how warm or cool you feel during the session.
- Do bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated.
- Do bring your own exercise mat.
- Do bring blanket for use during savasana.
- Do bring a towel, useful for brow wiping.
OPEN WATER SWIM
Bring your usual swimwear with you (as detailed below) plus any additional gear you might like to wear - if you have your own wetsuit or rashvest for example. Swim tops/Rashvests are a great way to protect your skin from the sun and also to keep a little warmth.
- Do bring your own Swimsuit/Swimtrunks
- Do bring your own swim cap and goggles if you will be swimming with your head in the water
- Do bring your own towel and kit bag
Wetsuits available to hire from reception on the day @ £10 - subject to availability (optional)
Tow floats available to hire from reception on the day @ £3 (required for under 18's)
