Each stage (drill) focuses on body position\, efficiency\, injury prevention\, and building the speed and endurance to swim faster for longer. \nAdam gives live demos of his stroke\, coaches you individually throughout the session\, and captures footage of your swimming. That footage is sent to you after the day with useful side-by-side comparisons so you can see exactly how your technique is developing. \nNot everyone learns at the same pace — and that's fine. If you need more time on a particular stage\, you'll get it. If you're moving quickly\, you'll be pushed on.
