Lakeside Music Meditation and Nature Inspired Mindfulness
The Experience
Join Iza Moon lakeside beneath our beautiful Oak Tree, for a deeply relaxing flow of Nature Inspired Music, Meditation and Mindfulness. Connecting with The Energy and Wisdom of the Elements for the Well Being of Mind Body and Soul…as the sun glistens on the waters surface, the birds sing and the dragonflies dance (1hr 30mins).
The session will be followed by a refreshing and revitalising Open Water Swim (or paddle!) in the Crystal lake (1hr).
The lake nestles upon a bed of calcite crystals which are known to have therapeutic benefits.
The swim is suitable for confident pool swimmers, open water swim experience not necessary.

The dynamic array of instruments which Iza plays, along with the soothing harmonics of her soulful voice, provide tangible sound vibrations and frequencies which can assist us in releasing physical, mental and emotional stresses and tension, bringing a feeling of peace and well being.
There is a 1.2m shallow area which has astroturf underfoot for those who are not confident to swim part of the main route. You are very welcome to swim in this area or just float and relax.
There are 2 routes to the main lake. The full route and the shorter route.
Our lifeguard on duty will give you all a briefing as a group before you enter the water lakeside.
The swim session is 1 hour - you do not have to stay in the water for the full session, just do what feels right for you.

For the past 20 years it has been my passion and purpose to be of service to the well being of the community. Over the last 12 years, I have gradually developed my own unique fusion of Music, Voice and Sound Therapy to do just that.
My dynamic array of beautiful instruments, including Crystal Bowls, Drums, Native American Flute, Chimes and Harp, together with my soothing words and soulful singing, create an immersive, ethereal and vibrational sound healing experience which can assist us in releasing physical, mental and emotional stresses and tension, ultimately inspiring deep relaxation, peace and well being for mind, body and soul.

WHAT TO BRING
SOUND HEALING
- Do bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated.
- Do bring your own exercise mat.
- Do bring blanket and pillow to make yourself comfy.
- If you suffer back pain, a cushion would be advised also.
- An eye mask is a great option if you have one, to create a blackout and help deepen your meditation - or you can keep your eyes open to soak up the surroundings.
Please take into account the weather on the day and dress accordingly for your comfort as the session is outdoors with nature. You will be seated/laying on the grass, which is why a mat can be very useful.
OPEN WATER SWIM
Bring your usual swimwear with you (as detailed below) plus any additional gear you might like to wear - if you have your own wetsuit or rashvest for example. Swim tops/Rashvests are a great way to protect your skin from the sun and also to keep a little warmth.
- Do bring your own Swimsuit/Swimtrunks
- Do bring your own swim cap and goggles if you will be swimming with your head in the water
- Do bring your own towel and kit bag

Tow floats available to hire from reception on the day @ £3 (required for under 18's)
