Our Yoga sessions are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to build flexibility and strength in the body, clear and focus the mind and calm the entire being.
Each session is 1hr.
Suitable for all abilities from your first class onwards.

Offered as a block of 6 sessions, where you will attend each week - recommended for your weekly exercise and wellbeing routine.
Or you can book single sessions and pay as you go (subject to availability).

Sessions will be indoors in our Wellbeing Barn (small groups), with the option of outdoor sessions through the Summer, where we are spoilt for choice as to where we choose to practice around Crystal Lake.
We also offer 1-1 Yoga!
Single session price is £15 per person
Block of 6 is £60 (discounted to £10 per session)
